Our Mission
At On My Cycle, we believe that by providing education and resources, we can empower young adults to make informed decisions and lead healthier lives. to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and encourage open conversations about the topic. OMC aims to create a safe space for women to discuss their experiences, challenges, and triumphs related to their menstrual health, to promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of women's bodies and their natural processes.
Furthermore, "On My Cycle" delves into issues such as body positivity, self-love, and mental health, encouraging women to prioritize their overall well-being and embrace their individuality.
